Presence in the UAE
«The company in the Emirates is set up.
Six months on, still no bank account»
We take the project whole: company, visas, account and product registration. Final settlement comes after the account is open and payments are going through.
Each part can be bought separately from four different providers. The trouble is at the joins: a licence that does not match the activity breaks the account, and an account without a verified activity breaks the shipment.
Scope of work
Four parts of one project. The fourth — getting the product to market — is usually missing from those who sell "turnkey company registration".
Company and licence
The choice between a free zone and the mainland matched to the actual activity, registration, constitutional documents, registered address, premises or warehouse.
Visas and residency
Visas for the owner, family members and staff: entry permit, medical examination, Emirates ID, passport endorsement.
Bank and compliance
Choosing a bank to fit the business profile, preparing the business description and source-of-funds evidence, running the review with the bank.
Getting the product to market
Product registration in the relevant system, Arabic labelling, laboratory reports, customs clearance, finding distributors.
Final settlement comes after the account is open and payments are going through. Until that happens, the project is not complete.
How the work runs
Timing depends on the zone chosen, the documents available and the authorities’ workload; the timetable is fixed once the first stage is done.
What the business is, where money comes from and goes, who the customers are, whether the UAE domestic market is needed, whether goods will be imported
A map of requirements and a provisional choice of form
We compare free zones and the mainland on permitted activities, visa quota, premises and tax consequences
A reasoned choice of zone and licence scope
Filing the documents, reserving the name, executing the constitutional documents and the address
A licence and a registered company
Quota, entry permits, medical examination, Emirates ID for the owner, family and staff
Residency and ID cards in hand
Choosing the bank, preparing the company file and the owner’s portfolio, running the review
An open account and payments going through
Tax registration, VAT where required, product registration and the importer customs code
The company operates lawfully and can ship goods
What people ask before deciding
Do I have to move there myself?
No, but you will have to travel: the medical examination, biometrics and part of the banking procedure are done in person.
How long does it take?
The company and the visas are quicker than the account. The overall timetable is fixed after scoping, before the work starts.
Can we work with Russia and the CIS?
It depends on the goods, the counterparties and the payment route. The perimeter is checked before anything goes to the bank, not after a refusal.
Will I become a UAE tax resident?
A visa does not make you one. Residency is determined by separate tests and by the rules of the country you live in now.
What if the company is already set up?
We check that the licence matches the activity, review the tax registrations and substance, then take on the part you need.
Can the company be closed later?
Yes, but liquidation is a separate procedure with reporting and visa cancellation. Abandoning a company without liquidating it is a bad idea.
