Receivables management
«We are owed money. The debt is not
disputed. The money still does not arrive»
We preserve title to the claim and carry the settlement through to money. Without buying the debt and without collection agencies.
It happens that the debtor is willing to pay but the payment will not go through: the settlement route between the jurisdictions does not come together. While settlement is impossible, what matters is that the claim does not lose its value and stays your asset.
Scope of work
Six parts of one task. Two of them matter most: holding title to the claim while settlement is impossible, and putting the payment through once it becomes possible.
Reviewing the claim
The basis of the debt, the documents, the time limits, the debtor and the payment route. What exactly can be claimed, and what it rests on.
Preserving title
Fixing the debt, the time limits, succession and security — so the claim does not lose value while settlement is impossible.
Placing it under management
The claim is placed with a licensed factoring company for administration and settlement, without the debt being bought.
Working with the debtor
Reconciliation, negotiations, a repayment schedule and security.
The payment route
Selecting the banks and the currency through which settlement will clear, and seeing the payment through.
Assignment to a third party
Where the claim is better transferred: the acquirer, the document set and the assignment itself.
We are not a collection agency and we do not buy the debt. Our work is to preserve the claim and agree how settlement will be made.
How the work runs
Timing depends on the debtor, the jurisdiction and the settlement route; the timetable is fixed once the first stage is done.

What people ask before deciding
How long does it take?
Reviewing the claim takes a few days. After that the timing depends on the debtor and the settlement route, and is fixed once the first stage is done.
Do you buy the debt?
No. We do not purchase the claim and we do not pay for it. The structure takes it under management, and you can start without a transfer at all — with the review and the negotiations.
Will the debtor be told about the transfer?
Yes. Notice to the debtor is a mandatory part of placing the claim under management; without it the arrangement does not work.
Can a whole portfolio be handed over?
Yes. The portfolio is assessed claim by claim and the work is ordered by priority.
Do you do debt collection?
No. We are not a collection agency. Our work is to preserve the claim and agree how settlement will be made; we do not pursue enforcement.
What if the debtor is in Russia or the CIS?
It depends on the parties, the basis of the debt and the settlement route. That is checked at the outset, before the work begins.
